Steve Dalberg has been using the ROA software for more than a decade, first as a customer, then as a Sales Engineer for Packet Design where he has been working closely with some of the biggest networks in the world. He joined Ciena as part of the Blue Planet acquisition. Prior to that Steve worked at ISP’s, Cell Providers (AT&T Wireless), and Enterprises doing design, engineering and operations roles for IP networks starting in 1997.
