    Dana is the Research Director for Analysys Mason's six software and networks technology research programmes and two related telecom software forecast and market share programmes. Her team's mission is to help customers to progress toward and benefit from a more automated, dynamic, cloudified future, rather than be threatened by this market shift. Her areas of expertise are intelligent fixed and mobile network infrastructure, automation and operations. Dana's research and consulting focuses on the communications software/network market and technology best practices required for digital business transformation and enabled by the integration of NFV, SDN and other IT technologies for virtualisation, cloudification and automation. She has been with Analysys Mason since 2014.

    Chip Redden

    Chip Redden is currently Senior Director, Vertical and Segment Marketing at Ciena Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and technical marketing for solutions, products and features to global enterprise customers. With over 25 years in the Ethernet and IP networking arenas, Mr. Redden brings extensive experience in technical marketing and product management to Ciena. Before assuming his current position, Mr. Redden served as VP, Marketing and Product Management for Overture Networks, Director of Technical Marketing for Juniper Networks and spent 11 years in the Systems Engineering organization at 3Com. Mr. Redden holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University.
